For the new Souburgh development, we carried out a comprehensive project involving high-quality window treatments and sustainable track systems. A project in which aesthetics, functionality, and circularity come together seamlessly—exactly as modern project design demands.
For this project, we supplied and installed our A6000 Eco rail systems. These sustainable project rails are made from 75% recycled aluminum and feature rollers and ceiling brackets made from 100% recycled nylon. A future-proof solution that meets the highest standards in terms of quality, appearance, and ease of use.
The A6000 Eco picture rail has also been installed. Thanks to its practical hanging systems, this stylish rail offers maximum flexibility for displaying art and decorative items in professional settings.
For the common areas, including the day activity center and the restaurant, we chose the elegant Lola in-between fabric. This fabric allows soft light to filter through and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere—essential in comfortable care and living environments.
The sustainable Milan Eco fabric was chosen for the nine living rooms. This fabric is made from 100% recycled GRS yarn and combines a modern look with environmentally responsible materials. As a result, Milan Eco helps create a comfortable living environment with an eye toward the future.
The apartments feature a stylish combination of Velluto sheers and Toledo Eco curtain fabric. With a whopping 96% recycled GRS yarn, Toledo Eco proves that sustainability and luxury go hand in hand. The result is a high-quality finish that brings tranquility, ambiance, and comfort to every room.
Through projects like Souburgh, we demonstrate our expertise: high-quality window treatments for commercial interiors, with a strong focus on sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.
We develop solutions that not only work perfectly today, but also help create future-proof healthcare environments.
